Restructuring Period means, whether or not there are Rated Securities at the time a Restructuring Event occurs, the period of 45 days starting from and including the day on which that Restructuring Event occurs.
Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.
Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.
Project Period means the period es- tablished in the award document dur- ing which Federal sponsorship begins and ends.
Accounting Period means a period ending on and including an accounting date and commencing (in case of the first such period) on the date on which the Trust Property is first paid or transferred to the Trustee and (in any other case) from the next day of the preceding accounting period.
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.
Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
Budget year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;
Off-Peak Period means the period during which the demand on an electric utility system is not at or near its maximum. For the purpose of this section, the off-peak period includes all hours that are not in the peak period.
Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.
Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).
Twelve-Month Period means a twelve-month period ending on the first anniversary of the Effective Date or on each subsequent anniversary thereof.
Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..
Prior Period With respect to any Distribution Date, the calendar month immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Income year means any year or accounting period beginning 1 July of one calendar year and ending 30 June of the following calendar year or any other period that the Trustees by resolution adopt;
Section 385 Expanded Group shall have the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(4) for an “expanded group”.
Fixed GAAP Date means the Issue Date; provided that at any time after the Issue Date, the Company may by written notice to the Trustee elect to change the Fixed GAAP Date to be the date specified in such notice, and upon such notice, the Fixed GAAP Date shall be such date for all periods beginning on and after the date specified in such notice.
Permanent Position Any position which has required, or which will require the services of an incumbent without interruption, for an indefinite period.
Report Period as defined in subsection 2.18.
Experience period means the most recent period of time for which experience is reported, but not for a period longer than three (3) full years. (7-1-93)
Consolidated Return means a Tax Return filed with respect to Federal Income Taxes for the Consolidated Group.
Pre-Deconsolidation Period means any taxable period beginning on or prior to the applicable Deconsolidation Date.
Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).
Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.
