Original Policy definition

Original Policy means the initial binder, policy, certificate, agreement, bond or contract of insurance that is subsequently reinsured.
Original Policy means the ALTA Loan Policies of Title Insurance issued by First American Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, pursuant to Title Commitment No. L980366, dated the date hereof.

Original Policy shall have the meaning given to it in each of the Mortgages.
