Examples of Original Payment in a sentence

  • A basis such that any payment received or deemed to have been received by a Person (the "Original Payment") shall be supplemented by a further payment to such Person so that the sum of the two payments shall be equal to the Original Payment, after taking into account (x) all Taxes that would result from the receipt or accrual of such payments and (y) any reduction in Taxes that would result from such increased Taxes.
