Original Partners definition

Original Partners means, collectively, (i) Xxxxxx X. Och, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx-Xxxxx (JK) Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx X’Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxx and (ii) the Original Related Trusts; and each, individually, is an “Original Partner.”

Examples of Original Partners in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Net Income or Net Loss that would result if any asset distributed to a Partner as part of the Investment Distributions had been sold for cash equal to its fair market value at the time of the Investment Distributions shall be allocated pursuant to the foregoing sentence solely to the Original Partners receiving the distribution of such asset.
