Original Participation Agreement definition

Original Participation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the first recital hereto.

Original Participation Agreement means that certain Participation Agreement [NW 1997 I], dated as of the Certificate Closing Date, among Lessee, the Guarantor, the Purchasers, the Indenture Trustee, the Subordination Agent, the Initial Owner Participant and Owner Trustee, as such Participation Agreement was amended or supplemented from time to time prior to the Delivery Date pursuant to the applicable provisions thereof.
