Original Number definition

Original Number means the aggregate number of 8% Preference Shares purchased by Purchaser pursuant to the terms of the Stock Purchase Agreement (including 8% Preference Shares purchased pursuant to the Rights (as defined in the Stock Purchase Agreement)).
