Original maturity definition

Original maturity. A This is the contractual date when the Date Date last payment on the loan is scheduled to be made. For balloons it should be the balloon date. For modified loans it should not be the modified maturity date.
Original maturity means, with respect to a commitment, the earliest possible date after a commitment is made on which the commitment is scheduled to expire (i.e., it will reach its stated maturity and cease to be binding on either party), provided that ei- ther:
