Original Locations definition

Original Locations means the Locations listed in Appendix-IV hereof.
Original Locations means the Locations listed in Appendix-V hereof. “Outstanding Dues” shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 2.2.1(d)of RFP.
Original Locations means the Locations that are listed in Exhibit “B” hereto. (Exhibit “B” may also list Satellite Offices, Subdivision Sales Offices and Administrative Offices.)

Examples of Original Locations in a sentence

  • Subject to paragraphs 4.02 and 4.03 hereof, the Franchised Business shall only be operated from the Original Locations and Restricted Purpose Locations listed in Exhibit “B”, and any amendments hereto (including the address and telephone number for each Original Location and Restricted Purpose Location) and any Additional Locations and Additional Restricted Purpose Locations.

  • The Original Locations and NTG Locations are collectively referred to as the "Grease Monkey Locations." Buyer agrees to: (i) feature Mobil 1 synthetic and Mobil bulk lubricants at all Company Operated Locations, and (ii) purchase an average of approximately 230,000 gallons per year of Mobil lubricants for all Company Operated Locations but no less than 2,300,000 gallons must be purchased for the Company Locations over a ten-year period.

More Definitions of Original Locations

Original Locations means (i) the Locations listed as such on Exhibit A excluding any such Locations that become Terminated Locations and exclusing Substitution Locations that become Locations pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) “Original Locations” as such term is defined in the Other Purchase Agreement.
Original Locations means the Locations that are listed in Exhibit “B” hereto. (Exhibit “B” may also list Restricted Purpose Location(s).)

Related to Original Locations

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Locations mean one or more of the healthcare or other facilities owned by the Borrower on the Property as identified on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Convention center means a facility that is:

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Business Line is an Embarq-owned switched access line used to serve a business customer, whether by Embarq or by a competitive LEC that leases the line from Embarq. The number of Business Lines in a Wire Center shall equal the sum of all Embarq business switched access lines, plus the sum of all UNE loops connected to that Wire Center, including UNE loops provisioned in combination with other unbundled elements. Among these requirements, Business Line tallies (1) shall include only those access lines connecting end-user customers with Embarq end-offices for switched services, (2) shall not include non-switched special access lines, (3) shall account for ISDN and other digital access lines by counting each 64 kbps-equivalent as one line. For example, a DS1 line corresponds to twenty-four (24) 64 kbps-equivalents, and therefore to twenty-four (24) “Business Lines.”

  • Reception center means a business that:

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • State Location means any physical location where the State performs work. State Location may include state-owned, leased, or rented space.

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • the LA area means the area in respect of which is the local authority.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.
