Original Limited Partners means the Persons listed as the Limited Partners on Exhibit A originally attached to this Agreement, without regard to any amendment thereto, and does not include any Assignee or other transferee, including, without limitation, any Substituted Limited Partner succeeding to all or any part of the Partnership Interest of any such Person.

Original Limited Partners means the CD&R Investors and Management Feeder, the direct and indirect owners of Holdings prior to the Reorganization Transactions and the IPO.

Original Limited Partners means the Limited Partners designated as “Original Limited Partners” on Exhibit A hereto.

Examples of Original Limited Partners in a sentence

Effective as of the date of this Agreement, the Original Limited Partner's Interest has been liquidated and the Partnership has reacquired the Original Limited Partner's Interest in the Partnership.
Subject to the provisions of this Section 8.6, the Original Limited Partners shall have the right (the "Redemption Right") to require the Partnership to redeem any Unit held by such Original Limited Partner in exchange for the Redemption Amount to be paid by the Partnership.
