Original Issue Date definition

Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of any shares of the Preferred Stock regardless of the number of transfers of any particular shares of Preferred Stock and regardless of the number of certificates which may be issued to evidence such Preferred Stock.
Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of the Debentures, regardless of any transfers of any Debenture and regardless of the number of instruments which may be issued to evidence such Debentures.
Original Issue Date means the date on which shares of Designated Preferred Stock are first issued.

More Definitions of Original Issue Date

Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of this Debenture regardless of the number of transfers and regardless of the number of instruments, which may be issued to evidence such Debenture.
Original Issue Date of any Security (or portion thereof) means the earlier of (a) the date of such Security or (b) the date of any Security (or portion thereof) for which such Security was issued (directly or indirectly) on registration of transfer, exchange or substitution.
