Original Issue Date definition

Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of any shares of the Preferred Stock regardless of the number of transfers of any particular shares of Preferred Stock and regardless of the number of certificates which may be issued to evidence such Preferred Stock.

Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of the Debentures, regardless of any transfers of any Debenture and regardless of the number of instruments which may be issued to evidence such Debentures.

Original Issue Date means the date on which shares of Designated Preferred Stock are first issued.

Examples of Original Issue Date in a sentence

• Subject to Section 3(a), dividends on the Preferred Stock shall be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year, consisting of twelve (12) thirty (30) calendar day periods, and shall accrue and compound daily commencing on the Original Issue Date, and shall be deemed to accrue from such date whether or not earned or declared and whether or not there are profits, surplus or other funds of the Corporation legally available for the payment of dividends.

• Each Security or Global Security issued upon transfer, exchange or substitution of such Security or Global Security shall bear the Original Issue Date or Dates of such transferred, exchanged or substituted Security or Global Security, as the case may be.

More Definitions of Original Issue Date

Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of this Debenture regardless of the number of transfers and regardless of the number of instruments, which may be issued to evidence such Debenture.

Original Issue Date of any Security (or portion thereof) means the earlier of (a) the date of such Security or (b) the date of any Security (or portion thereof) for which such Security was issued (directly or indirectly) on registration of transfer, exchange or substitution.

Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of any shares of the Series A Preferred Stock regardless of the number of transfers of any particular shares of Series A Preferred Stock and regardless of the number of certificates which may be issued to evidence such Series A Preferred Stock.

Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series B Preferred Stock was issued.

Original Issue Date means the date of the first issuance of this Note, regardless of any transfers of any Note and regardless of the number of instruments which may be issued to evidence such Notes.

Original Issue Date means the date of issuance specified as such in each Security.

Original Issue Date means the Original Issue Date first set forth on the first page of this Warrant.
