Original Grant Agreement definition

Original Grant Agreement means the development grant agreement for a Community Driven Development Project between the Recipient and the Association, dated September 09, 2005, as amended to the date of this Agreement (XXX Xxxxx No. H1810-HA).

Original Grant Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

More Definitions of Original Grant Agreement

Original Grant Agreement means the grant agreement, for purposes of the Project, dated July 28, 2017, between the Recipient and the Bank, acting as administrator of the Liberia Reconstruction Trust Fund, providing for the Original Grant.

Original Grant Agreement means the grant agreement for Core Fiduciary Systems Support Project between the Recipient and the Association, acting as administrator of grant funds provided by various donors under the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Southern Sudan dated February 21, 2006, as amended to the date of this Agreement (TF Grant No. TF056336).

Original Grant Agreement means the grant agreement (TF057657), dated January 15, 2007 and amended and restated as of February 16, 2009, for the Infrastructure Reconstruction Financing Facility Project, as such agreement may be amended from time to time.

Original Grant Agreement means the Trust Fund Grant Agreement for the North Gaza Emergency Sewage Treatment Project between the Administrator and the Palestinian Liberation Organization (for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority), dated October 27, 2004, as amended to the date of this Agreement (TF054208).

Original Grant Agreement or “OGA” means the GEF Trust Fund grant agreement for the West Africa Coastal Areas Resilience Investment Project between the Recipient and the Bank, dated April 21, 2018 (GEF Grant Number TF0A7132), as amended to date.

Original Grant Agreement means the grant agreement for Blue Nile State Start-up Emergency project between the Recipient and the Association, acting as administrator of grant funds provided by various donors under the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Sudan dated December 3, 2007, as amended to the date of this Agreement (XX Xxxxx No. TF091060).

Original Grant Agreement means the grant agreement dated May 26, 2022, between UNICEF and the Bank, as administrator of the ARTF (Grant No. TF0B8512) and Global Facility Fund for Women, Children and Adolescents Multi-Donor Trust Fund (GFF) (Grant No. TF0B8514) in support of the Afghanistan Health Emergency Response (HER) Project, as such agreement may be amended from time to time.
