Original Grant definition

Original Grant means the original financing in various currencies equivalent to two million seven hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 2,700,000) provided to the Recipient on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in the Development Grant Agreement.

Related to Original Grant

  • Additional Grantor means a Subsidiary of Company that becomes a party hereto after the date hereof as an additional Grantor by executing a Counterpart.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.

  • Option Grant Date means, as to any Stock Option, the latest of:

  • Restatement Agreement has the meaning set forth in the introductory statement of this Agreement.

  • Stock Option Agreement means the agreement between the Company and an Optionee that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to the Optionee’s Option.

  • Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient; and

  • the first supplementary agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Second Schedule;

  • Amendment No. 1 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 1.

  • Tenth Amendment Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in the Tenth Amendment.

  • Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and the Optionee evidencing the terms and restrictions applying to stock purchased under a Stock Purchase Right. The Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and the Notice of Grant.
