Original form definition

Original form means, in respect of the Term Sheets, the form as at the Effective Date.
Original form means, at a minimum, that the captioning provided by the licensee reaches the distributor unaltered, whether it is passed through in analog or in digital, including in high definition.
Original form means, in relation to any agreement or document, such agreement or document in the form as originally entered into, without giving any effect to any subsequent amendment or supplement thereof or thereto (unless such amendment or supplement has been agreed to by the MLABU in writing).
