As of the later of the Original Effective Date or the Amended Effective Date of the Benefit Plan shown in the Group’s Schedule of Vision Benefits, We agree to provide the vision Benefits specified herein for Subscribers of the Group and their enrolled Dependents.
As this Agreement is intended to be an amendment and restatement of the Prior Management Agreement, the parties intend this document to be interpreted to apply from the Original Effective Date, except where there is otherwise an express reference to the First Amendment Effective Date or the Second Amendment Effective Date.
