Interest on the Notes of each Class shall be payable on each Interest Payment Date in the amount of the sum of (i) the Interest Accrual Amount for such Class of Notes and (ii) all Class Interest Shortfalls for such Class of Notes that have not previously been paid, together with accrued interest on such Class Interest Shortfalls at the related Note Interest Rate to the extent permitted by law. All payments made with respect to any Note shall be applied first to the interest then due and payable on the current principal amount outstanding on such Note and then to the principal thereof. All computations of interest accrued on any Note shall be made as if each year consisted of twelve months of thirty days each. On each Payment Date, any Class A-1 Realized Loss Amount will be applied in reduction of the Class A-1 Outstanding Principal Balance; any Class A-2 Realized Loss Amount will be applied in reduction of the Class A-2 Outstanding Principal Balance; any Class A-3 Realized Loss Amount will be applied in reduction of the Class A-3 Outstanding Principal Balance; any Class A-4 Realized Loss Amount will be applied in reduction of the Class A-4 Outstanding Principal Balance; in each case, until the Outstanding Principal Balance of such Class has been reduced to zero.
