Original Deed definition

Original Deed means the trust deed dated 29 June 2009 between the Issuer, the Trustee and the Portfolio Adviser in relation to the Secured Gold-Linked Certificates Programme of the Issuer;
Original Deed means the deed dated 12 December 1986 creating the Travel Compensation Fund,
Original Deed means the deed of obligation dated 8 October 2021 made between (1) East Suffolk Council (2) Suffolk County Council and (3) SZC Co;
