Original Debentures definition

Original Debentures means all Debentures other than Exchange Debentures and Unrestricted Debentures.
Original Debentures means the Restricted Global Debenture and the Restricted Certificated Debentures.
Original Debentures means those certain 8% Senior Secured Convertible Debentures due February 8, 2014, issued by the Company pursuant to the Original Securities Purchase Agreement.
