Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Business Corporations Act means the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;
Communications Act means the Communications Act of 1934, and any similar or successor federal statute, and the rules and regulations of the FCC thereunder, all as amended and as the same may be in effect from time to time.
WHS Act means the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2011 (NT) and includes subordinate legislation made under that Act including regulations and approved codes of practice as well as any amendment, re-enactment or replacement of such Act ; and
Labour Relations Act means the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995);
FAIS Act means the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (Act No. 37 of 2002);
OHS Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004;
Foreign Corrupt Practices Act means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States, 15 U.S.C. Sections 78a, 78m, 78dd-1, 78dd-2, 78dd-3, and 78ff, as amended, if applicable, or any similar law of the jurisdiction where the Property is located or where the Company or any of its Subsidiaries transacts business or any other jurisdiction, if applicable.
Australian Corporations Act means the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth) of Australia.
Foreign organization means an organization created under laws other than the laws of this state for a purpose for which an organization may be created under the laws of this state.
PPS Act means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
Organization means a person other than an individual.
FCC Regulations means the regulations duly and lawfully promulgated by the FCC, as in effect from time to time.
Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.
Corrupt practices means the offering, giving, receiving or soliciting of anything of value to influence the action of a Government official in procurement process or in contract execution: and
Banks Act means the Banks Act, 1990 (Act No. 94 of 1990);
Sanctions Laws and Regulations means any sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any executive order (an “Executive Order”) or by any sanctions program administered by OFAC.

Fair Labor Standards Act means the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §201 et seq.
Family Law Act means the Family Law Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F.3, as am. S.O. 2006, c. 1, s.5; 2006, c. 19, Sched. B, s. 9, Sched. C, s. 1(1), (2), (4);
UK Bail-in Legislation means Part I of the United Kingdom Banking Act 2009 and any other law or regulation applicable in the United Kingdom relating to the resolution of unsound or failing banks, investment firms or other financial institutions or their affiliates (otherwise than through liquidation, administration or other insolvency proceedings).
Cannabis Act means An Act respecting cannabis and to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Criminal Code and other Acts, S.C. 2018, c. 16, as amended from time to time.
Organizational Documents means, with respect to any Person (other than an individual), (a) the certificate or articles of incorporation or organization and any joint venture, limited liability company, operating or partnership agreement and other similar documents adopted or filed in connection with the creation, formation or organization of such Person and (b) all by-laws, voting agreements and similar documents, instruments or agreements relating to the organization or governance of such Person, in each case, as amended or supplemented.
Sanctions Laws means all U.S. and non-U.S. Laws relating to economic or trade sanctions, including the Laws administered or enforced by the United States (including by OFAC or the U.S. Department of State), the United Nations Security Council, and the European Union.
Telecommunications Act means the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
