Organization Data definition

Organization Data means any proprietary, confidential and/or personal data, regarding or related to Customer or its Affiliates, that Perforce may be exposed to throughout the performance of this Agreement, or that may be generated or processed in connection with Customer’s or its Affiliate’s use of the Subscription Services.

Examples of Organization Data in a sentence

  • Customer represents and warrants that its (and its users’) access to and collection, use, relocation, storage, disclosure and disposition of Organization Data shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation all privacy and data security laws.

  • Watermark and its service providers and its affiliates may use Organization Data to provide and improve the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Watermark shall implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards in an effort to secure its facilities and systems from unauthorized access and to secure Organization Data.

  • Watermark may delete any inappropriate Organization Data posted on the Service, and reserves the right (but not the obligation) to take any action which Watermark deems appropriate in its sole discretion with respect to any Organization Data posted on the Service.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Organization Data and Materials will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  • Organization acknowledges that Watermark exercises no editorial control over Organization Data posted by users of the Service.

  • Watermark makes no express or implied warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Service, or as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or content of any information or Organization Data, software or merchandise that may be provided through the Service.

Related to Organization Data

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;

  • Organizational Document means, relative to any Person, its certificate of incorporation, its certificate of formation or articles of organization, its certificate of partnership, its by-laws, its partnership agreement, its limited liability company or operating agreement, its memorandum or articles of association, share designations or similar organization documents and all shareholder agreements, voting trusts and similar arrangements applicable to any of its authorized Equity Interests.

  • Managed Care Organization (MCO) means a contracted health delivery system providing capitated or prepaid health services, also known as a Prepaid Health Plan (PHP). An MCO is responsible for providing, arranging, and making reimbursement arrangements for covered services as governed by state and federal law. An MCO may be a Chemical Dependency Organization (CDO), Dental Care Organization (DCO), Mental Health Organization (MHO), or Physician Care Organization (PCO).

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
