Organic compounds definition

Organic compounds means any chemical compounds of carbon excluding carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, carbonic acid, metallic carbides, metallic carbonates and ammonium carbonate.
Organic compounds means any chemical compound containing carbon, excluding carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, carbonic acid, metallic carbides, ammonium carbonate, non landfill gas methane and ethane.”
