Ordinary Weekly Rate definition

Ordinary Weekly Rate means the weekly rate of pay set out in clause 19 and Schedule A of this Agreement for ordinary hours worked and does not include any additional amounts, including but not limited to overtime rates, penalty rates, loadings, leave loading or allowances.
Ordinary Weekly Rate means an Employee’s minimum weekly pay for their classification as set out at Schedule 1.
Ordinary Weekly Rate means the weekly rate of pay applicable to an Officer's classification, as prescribed by Schedule A, for Ordinary Hours worked.

  • Ordinary Time Wages or Ordinary Wages or Ordinary Hourly Rate or Ordinary Weekly Rate The wages paid to an Employee for working Ordinary Hours as prescribed at clause 12 – Wage Rates of the Agreement.

  • Ordinary Rate of Pay or Ordinary Rate or Ordinary Hourly Rate or Ordinary Weekly Rate or Ordinary Pay shall mean the wages paid to an Employee, for working 36 Ordinary Hours, at the rates contained in subclause 14.2.   • The C/P Coop Program is a limited access program that applies to vessels in the C/P sector of the Pa- cific whiting at-sea trawl fishery and is a single voluntary coop.


More Definitions of Ordinary Weekly Rate

Ordinary Weekly Rate or “Ordinary Weekly Wage Rate” shall mean the ordinary weekly rate as prescribed clause 21.1 of this Agreement. The ordinary weekly wage rates incorporate all award, over award and non-award payments which might otherwise be payable. Without limiting the generality of this definition, the ordinary weekly wage rate is payable in lieu of any and all other entitlements by way of wages for the employee’s relevant ordinary hours of work, allowances, tallies, loadings, Special Rates and Disability Allowances provided for in any previous Award, previous Agreement or the Act, and all site disabilities not provided for in any previous Award or Agreement.
Ordinary Weekly Rate means the relevant salary in Schedule A Salaries for the appropriate classification contained in this Agreement divided by 52 rounded to the nearest second decimal point.
Ordinary Weekly Rate means the weekly ordinary rate of pay for a full-time employee. This excludes overtime, penalty rates and loadings.
Ordinary Weekly Rate means the weekly rate of pay set out in Schedule B, as applicable to an Employee for 38 ordinary hours of work, but does not include overtime, penalty rates, allowances, loadings, shift penalties, incentives, bonuses and other ancillary payments of a like nature. Scientist shall mean a person: • who holds a degree of Bachelor of Science of a Victorian University or its equivalent as determined by any such University; or • who holds a degree of Bachelor of Applied Science from a College of Advanced Education as registered in the National Register of awards in Advanced Education; or • who is eligible for Graduate Membership of the Australian Institute of Medical Scientists (AIMS); or • who is engaged in studies leading to the attainment of being eligible for Associate Membership of the AIMS; or • who is eligible for ordinary membership of the Neurophysiological Sciences Society of Australia; or • who is eligible for ordinary membership of the Australasian Society of Respiratory Technology. Trainee Scientist shall mean any Employee engaged in studies leading to the attainment of the qualification Bachelor of Applied Science. Union shall mean the Health Services Union (Victoria No. 4 Branch). Working Week shall mean a working week commencing after midnight on a Sunday evening and ending at midnight on the following Sunday evening.
Ordinary Weekly Rate means the ordinary weekly rate as prescribed by clause 19 of this Agreement.
Ordinary Weekly Rate means the weekly rate of pay set out in Schedule D, as applicable to an Employee for their classification for 38 ordinary hours of work, but does not include overtime, penalty rates, allowances, loadings, shift penalties, incentives, bonuses and other ancillary payments of a like nature. Permanent Employee shall mean an employee who is employed either as a full-time or part-time employee, but shall not include employees who are employed on a short-term or fixed-term period of employment or on a casual basis.

Related to Ordinary Weekly Rate

  • Weekly Rate means the interest rate on the Bonds established in accordance with Section 2.03(b) hereof.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2020 Series D Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Ordinary Rate means the hourly rate of pay for the ordinary hours of work as listed in Appendix B. Ordinary Time Earnings for all purposes in this agreement has the same definition as defined by Superannuation Guarantee Ruling 2009/2. Without limiting the fullness of this definition, in summary and in the context of this agreement, this includes:

  • weekly rate of pay means an employee’s annual rate of pay divided by 52.176.

  • Daily Rate for any RFR Banking Day is:

  • Daily Rate Period means a period commencing on one Business Day and extending to, but not including, the next succeeding Business Day, during which Multi-Modal Bonds bear interest at the Daily Rate.

  • Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • daily rate of pay means an employee's weekly rate of pay divided by five (5);

  • Ordinary rate of pay in Clause 17. - Annual Leave means the average rate the employee received for the four weeks preceding the taking of annual leave or the average rate received for the 12 months preceding such leave, whichever shall be the higher, provided that such average shall be computed taking into consideration any extra rates prescribed for night work, etc., and penalty rates for Sunday work where such work is part of the employee's normal working week of five days but excluding any amounts received by way of overtime or holiday penalty rates.

  • Interest Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the date, specified in the related Mortgage Note and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted.

  • Reference Bond Rate means, with respect to any date of redemption, the rate per annum equal to the annual or semi-annual yield (as the case may be) to maturity or interpolated yield to maturity (on the relevant day count basis) of the Reference Bond, assuming a price for the Reference Bond (expressed as a percentage of its nominal amount) equal to the Reference Bond Price for such date of redemption;

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Three-Month Secondary CD Rate means, for any day, the secondary market rate for three-month certificates of deposit reported as being in effect on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day) by the Board through the public information telephone line of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (which rate will, under the current practices of the Board, be published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) during the week following such day) or, if such rate is not so reported on such day or such next preceding Business Day, the average of the secondary market quotations for three-month certificates of deposit of major money center banks in New York City received at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) by the Administrative Agent from three negotiable certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Note Rate adjusts.

  • Applicable Treasury Rate means, at the time of computation, the weekly average (for the most recently completed week for which such information is available as of the date that is two Business Days prior to the Redemption Date) of the yield to maturity of United States Treasury securities with a constant maturity (as compiled and published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15 with respect to each applicable day during such week or, if such Statistical Release is no longer published, any publicly available source of similar market data) most nearly equal to the period from the Redemption Date to July 1, 2026, provided, however, that if the period from the Redemption Date to July 1, 2026 is not equal to the constant maturity of a United States Treasury security for which a yield is given, the Applicable Treasury Rate shall be obtained by linear interpolation (calculated to the nearest one-twelfth of a year) from the weekly average yields of United States Treasury securities for which such yields are given, except that if the period from the Redemption Date to July 1, 2026 is less than one year, the weekly average yield on actually traded United States Treasury securities adjusted to a constant maturity of one year shall be used.

  • Cost of Funds Rate means, for any Accrual Period and any Lender, the rate determined as set forth below:

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Applicable Liquidity Rate has the meaning specified in Section 3.07(g).

  • Standard Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the Bank's announced Prime Rate minus 0% per annum, and each change in the Standard Rate shall be effective on the date any change in the Prime Rate is publicly announced as being effective.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • Latest Term Loan Maturity Date means, at any date of determination, the latest maturity or expiration date applicable to any Term Loan hereunder at such time, including the latest maturity or expiration date of any New Term Loan or any Extended Term Loan, in each case as extended in accordance with this Agreement from time to time.
