Ordinary Business Hours definition

Ordinary Business Hours. , on a day means between 8 am and 5 pm or as amended by the QFCA from time to time.

Ordinary Business Hours means the hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, except for New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and any other national or state holiday as may be established from time to time ("Holidays").

Ordinary Business Hours means 08h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service to the Premises 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; provided, however, Landlord may limit passenger elevator service during times other than Ordinary Business Hours.

• Landlord shall furnish to the Premises heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (“HVAC”) in accordance with the Design Standards set forth in Exhibit D during Ordinary Business Hours.
