Orders definition

Orders means judgments, writs, decrees, compliance agreements, injunctions or orders of any Governmental Entity or arbitrator.
Orders means the Decision and Order and this Order to Maintain Assets.
Orders has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Orders in a sentence

  • If the CONTRACTOR is a small business firm or nonprofit organization as defined in 37 CFR § 401.2 and any Order(s) related to this Purchase Order are for the performance of experimental, developmental, or research work, the CONTRACTOR acknowledges that it and its Subcontractors (if any) shall agree to all of the terms in 37 CFR § 401.14(a) and (b) regarding Patent Rights and The Allocation of Principal Rights.
