Order Terms definition

Order Terms means, in respect of the provision of the Deliverables and the Services, the Proposal and the Order Form, and the General Terms shall be construed accordingly;
Order Terms means TpT’s offer to Customer as described on the Quote including the identity of the Customer to receive Services, the Services being ordered (including Access Level), the Service Term, and the Fees Customer will be charged for those Services. Customer may accept the Order Terms by signing and returning the Quote prior to the Quote expiration date. If the Order Terms are not accepted, signed, and returned by the Quote expiration date, TpT will not be required to honor the Order Terms and the Customer may not be offered the same Order Terms on any subsequently issued Quotes.

Examples of Order Terms in a sentence

  • These Mosaic One Terms, and any Orders may be amended only in a writing that refers to these Mosaic Order Terms or Order (as applicable) and is signed by both Parties.

  • If Customer provides credit card information to Provider, Customer authorizes Provider to charge such credit card for the Service as listed in the Order Terms for the initial subscription term and any renewal subscription term(s).

  • Any acceptance of the delivery of the Goods, or any acceptance or confirmation of this Sales Order, express or implied, shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions in the body of this Sales Order and those contained in TREK CONNECT – Sales Order Terms and Conditions – Paragraphs 1 through 22.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Order Terms, invoiced charges (as opposed to credit card charges) are due net 30 days from the invoice date.

  • In consideration of the rights to the Service granted in this Agreement, Customer shall pay the fees specified in the Order Terms.


More Definitions of Order Terms

Order Terms means the Term(s) specified on the Order Form.
Order Terms means: (a) if Customer procures Subscriptions directly from Cloudera, the terms of the applicable Order Form; or
Order Terms means the Buyer’s designation of the particular Goods and Project Specifications that the Buyer offers to purchase from Inpro for each individual Order. Order Terms for an individual Order may be provided to Inpro on an Order Form, a Buyer-signed Sales Quote, a signed purchase order, or other written documentation approved by Inpro. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no Order Terms will be binding on Inpro except to the extent expressly accepted by Inpro in writing.
Order Terms means, notwithstanding any conflicting terms set forth on an Order, the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, and in any modifications thereto as may be agreed in writing.
