Order Sheet definition

Order Sheet any project proposal, quotation, s and/or order form issued by Activ to the Customer in connection with the provision of the specific Products and/or Services;
Order Sheet means the daily recording of the proceedings in an O.A., S.A., application under section 31-A of the Act, Misc. I.A., appeal or the recovery proceedings, as the case may be;
Order Sheet means the sheet to which these Conditions are appended. ‘SPECIFIED SERVICE’ means the Goods and Services to be provided by the Supplier for the Client and referred to in the Order Sheet.

Order Sheet means an individual order sheet, a form of which is made available by Panasonic to Company, that is agreed by Company and Panasonic.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.
