Order of Final Approval or “Order Granting Final Approval of Settlement” shall mean an order to be entered and filed by the Court entitled “Order Granting Final Approval of Settlement” setting forth the terms and other provisions of the Settlement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
