Order in Writing definition

Order in Writing means any document or letter signed by the Engineer and posted or delivered to the contractor and containing instructions, guidance or directions to the contractor for the execution of the Contract.
Order in Writing means any printed, typewritten or written document or letter signed by the Engineer and addressed to the Contractor for the purpose of his guidance and directions.
