Order Form definition

Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.
Order Form means the ordering document for a Cloud Service that references the GTC.
Order Form means the document entitled ‘’SAP Preferred Card Order Form’ agreed and signed by the parties, under which the Customer has ordered the SAP Education Preferred Card from SAP.

Examples of Order Form in a sentence

  • All notices, demands, requests or other communications given under this Agreement shall be in writing and be given by personal delivery, certified mail, return receipt requested, or nationally recognized overnight courier service to the address set forth in the Order Form, or by electronic delivery to email facsimile numbers as set forth in the Order Form, or to such address or email or facsimile numbers which have been subsequently designated by a Party by a notice made under this paragraph.

  • Agreement the Order Form, these Terms and Conditions and the documents referenced in them (including the Microsoft Terms and the SaaS Documents) and all Statements of Work.

  • The Microsoft Products and Services procured by Peppermint as part of this Agreement are set out on the Order Form.

More Definitions of Order Form

Order Form means the applicable ordering document for Services that references these GTCs.
Order Form means the document provided by SAP entitled ’SAP PlusPackage Order Form’ agreed and signed by the parties, under which the Customer has entered into the SAP Training and Adoption PlusPackage with SAP.
Order Form means an order form that specifies the Fees to be paid by Customer and includes the configuration, term, and other details about the Services to be provided by InterPayments executed between the Parties. Each Order Form is expressly incorporated into this Agreement. In the event of a direct conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions of any Order Form, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
Order Form means the relevant Order Form set out in Schedule 4 (Order Form and Call-Off Terms) of this Framework Agreement to be used by Contracting Bodies to order Services;
Order Form means the form containing details of an Order, together with other information in relation to such Order, including without limitation the description of the Services to be supplied;

Order Form means any order form that references this Agreement and mutually executed by SAP and Provider. The Order Form shall include information regarding the Provider´s Customer, the specified SAP Cloud Services, the Territory, the Support terms, the pricing for the SAP Cloud Services and price related terms, and other terms and conditions for the provision or purchase of the SAP Cloud Service that the parties agree to include in the Order Form.
