Examples of Order Due Date in a sentence
If during the Contract period an Authorized User has issued a Purchase Order on or before Final Order Due Date for a Vehicle, and that Vehicle becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied for any reason (except as provided for in Appendix B §48 Savings/Force Majeure), following the issuance of the Purchase Order, a substitute Vehicle deemed by the Authorized User to be equal to the specifications for the Vehicle specified in the Mini-Bid, must be supplied by Contractor if requested by the Authorized User.

Solution Tree may terminate this Agreement if Solution Tree has not received a purchase order by the Purchase Order Due Date.
To assist the University to comply with Section 133 of the Higher Education Opportunity Act, written notification shall be provided to the Chair regarding textbook and course material selection no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date established on the University Calendar of Operations as the Textbook Order Due Date.
Orders submitted after the Order Due Date will incur a late order fee equal to 10% of the School License Fee.
In the event that an Item awarded to a Contractor has reached Final Order Due Date prior to Contract Award and is no longer available, Contractor shall provide the Item using next MY pricing, calculated in accordance with Section III.8.7 Next Model Year and Replacement Vehicle Pricing, or current MY pricing as set forth in Contractor’s Bid, whichever is less.
