Order Details definition

Order Details means any of the following details on the face of the Purchase Order: Product description, quantity, price, Delivery Date, Delivery Point, delivery terms, and payment terms.
Order Details means and includes the Contract Waste Description and all details and information in respect of the Contract Waste set out on the Company's quotation form including any special conditions.
Order Details means the pricing and related terms applicable to a Subscription, as set out in the Order.
