Order Book definition

Order Book means the trading system or platform operated by BSEF in which all market participants in the trading system or platform have the ability to enter multiple bids and offers, observe or receive bids and offers entered by other market participants, and transact on such bids and offers. A Participant must indicate if a bid or offer posted on an Order Book is firm or indicative.
Order Book means the trading system or platform operated by the MarketAxess SEF in which all Participants in the trading system or platform have the ability to enter multiple bids and offers, observe or receive bids and offers entered by other Participants, and transact on such bids and offers.
Order Book means, with respect to a particular Swap, the book of Orders maintained by the Trading Platform with respect to such Swap.

Order Book means the continuous auction order book trading system operated by the Exchange for the electronic submission and execution of Orders with pre-trade transparency;
