Order Amendment definition

Order Amendment means Our Authorised Order Amendment or series of Order Amendments, each Order Amendment having precedence over any earlier Order Amendment.

Order Amendment means an issued and Authorised Order Amendment from the PCC or series of Order Amendments.

Order Amendment means each Authorised amendment to any Purchase Order, each such Order Amendment (where applicable) having precedence over any earlier Order Amendment.

Examples of Order Amendment in a sentence

• An extension of time to perform the Services may only be granted by a written Change Order, Amendment or Addendum to this Agreement, signed by the President of the XXXXX.

• For satisfactory performance of the Services, or as such Services may be modified mutually by a written Change Order, Amendment, or Addendum to this Agreement, the XXXXX agrees to compensate the Town in accordance with “Schedule B, FEES, EXPENSES AND SUBMISSIONS FOR PAYMENT” which is attached hereto and is hereby made a part of this Agreement.

• If the Town is so delayed in the timely performance of the Services, the Town’s sole and exclusive remedy is to request that a Change Order, Amendment or Addendum to this Agreement be issued by the XXXXX and signed by the President of the XXXXX, permitting an extension of time to perform the Services in an amount equal to the time lost due to such delay.

• Costs in excess of the above-noted amount may not be incurred without the prior written authorization of the XXXXX, evidenced only by a written Change Order, Amendment or Addendum to this Agreement.

• It is specifically agreed to by the Town that the XXXXX will not compensate the Town for any services not included in Schedule A without prior authorization, evidenced only by a written Change Order, Amendment or Addendum to this Agreement, signed by the Parties hereto.

Order Amendment means a variation to the original Purchase Order, adding to, deleting or modifying the original requirements.

Order Amendment means our authorised Purchase Order amendment ‘Specification’ includes any drawings, plans, data or other information relating to the Goods or Services.

Order Amendment means an amendment to our Order issued by an Authorised Officer;
