Order Amendment definition

Order Amendment means Our Authorised Order Amendment or series of Order Amendments, each Order Amendment having precedence over any earlier Order Amendment.
Order Amendment means an issued and Authorised Order Amendment from the PCC or series of Order Amendments.
Order Amendment means each Authorised amendment to any Purchase Order, each such Order Amendment (where applicable) having precedence over any earlier Order Amendment.

Examples of Order Amendment in a sentence

  • An extension of time to perform the Services may only be granted by a written Change Order, Amendment or Addendum to this Agreement, signed by the President of the XXXXX.

  • For satisfactory performance of the Services, or as such Services may be modified mutually by a written Change Order, Amendment, or Addendum to this Agreement, the XXXXX agrees to compensate the Town in accordance with “Schedule B, FEES, EXPENSES AND SUBMISSIONS FOR PAYMENT” which is attached hereto and is hereby made a part of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Order Amendment

Order Amendment means a variation to the original Purchase Order, adding to, deleting or modifying the original requirements.
