Oracle definition

Oracle. “we,” “us,” or “our”) and (“You”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern orders placed under this Agreement.

Oracle means Oracle America, Inc.

You and Oracle agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts of San Francisco or Santa Xxxxx counties in California in any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act do not apply to this Agreement.

Oracle means Oracle Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

Oracle or “Processor” means the Oracle subsidiary listed in the order for Cloud Services.

Oracle or similar convention as specified by Oracle in any naming convention designation.
