Optional Redemption Payment Date definition

Optional Redemption Payment Date means five (5) Business Days following a day that the Issuer receives the aggregate Net Proceeds pursuant to Special Condition (III). The Optional Redemption Payment Date may be significantly later than the Optional Redemption Date. See “Risk Factors - Payment”.

The Issuer shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Holder arising from or in relation to the inability of a Holder to take receipt of or own any asset in the Portfolio and shall not be obliged to transfer or deliver any such asset following the Longstop Redemption Date.
