Optional Redemption Date definition

Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
Optional Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.01.
Optional Redemption Date means the date fixed, pursuant to Section 4.03(E), for the settlement of the redemption of any Notes by the Company pursuant to an Optional Redemption.

  • At any time, the Company shall have the right to redeem all, but not less than all, of the Preferred Shares then outstanding (the “Company Optional Redemption Amount”) on the Company Optional Redemption Date (each as defined below) (a “Company Optional Redemption”).

More Definitions of Optional Redemption Date

Optional Redemption Date when used with respect to any Note to be redeemed at the Company’s option, means the date fixed for such redemption by or pursuant to Section 1.3 of this Supplemental Indenture.
