Optional Redemption definition

Optional Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
Optional Redemption shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.01.
Optional Redemption means the redemption of ETP Securities at the option of one or more ETP Securityholders in accordance with the provisions of Condition 8.2.

Optional Redemption shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.01. “outstanding,” when used with reference to Notes, shall, subject to the provisions of Section 8.04, mean, as of any particular time, all Notes authenticated and delivered by the Trustee under this Indenture, except:
Optional Redemption. The right of an Underlying Securities Issuer to redeem such Underlying Securities in accordance with the terms of the Underlying Securities Indenture.
