Optional Project Facilities definition

Optional Project Facilities means the real estate development, including all the amenities and facilities required as basic and support infrastructure for such development, which the Concessionaire is allowed to develop on the Project Site, besides the Mandatory Development Obligations and as described in greater detail in Schedule 3.

Examples of Optional Project Facilities in a sentence

  • The Concessionaire shall not be obliged to seek or await any observations of the Authority or the Independent Engineer(s) on the designs and drawings related to Optional Project Facilities.

  • Industrial The Concessionaire shall be required to complete construction of the Optional Project Facilities on or before the date of completion of 10 years from the Appointed Date.

  • Industrial If undertaken, the construction of the Optional Project Facilities shall be required to be completed by the Concessionaire on or before the date of completion of 10 years from the Appointed Date.

  • The role of Independent Engineers with respect to Optional Project Facilities (temporary construction) shall be limited to assurance of Good Industry Practices.

  • Other revenues may include advertisement, franchisee, operations of other Optional Project Facilities etc.

  • Optional Project Facilities: These shall comprise of various real estate / commercial developments along with supporting basic physical infrastructure / utilities, considered ancillary and incidental to the Project Facilities as elaborated in greater details below.

  • The Concessionaire shall be free to levy other associated Commercial Charges including from advertisement, franchisee, operations of Optional Project Facilities etc.

  • It is only after the allotment process is completed and all moneys which are refundable are refunded with interest, wherever interest becomes payable, the balance remaining application money can be regarded as belonging to the company.

  • Other revenues Other revenues may include advertisement, franchisee, operations of other Optional Project Facilities etc.

Related to Optional Project Facilities

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Constructional Plant means all appliances or things whatever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work or temporary housing, hutting, office, stores, etc.,

  • Original Project means the Project described in the Original Financing Agreement.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.
