Optional Period definition

Optional Period means the period beginning on the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date and ending on the tenth anniversary of the Effective Date.
Optional Period has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 1 of Part A of Schedule 6;

  • Repurchase Period means a period of 90 consecutive days commencing on the date when the Optionee’s Service terminates for any reason, including (without limitation) death or disability.

  • Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

  • Second Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the First Extended Maturity Date.

  • Offering Termination Date means the last day of each March, June, September and December following an Offering Commencement Date, or such other Offering Termination Date established in connection with a Terminating Event.
