Optional Launch definition

Optional Launch means Launch Services ordered by CUSTOMER from ARIANESPACE in the event of exercise of the Launch Option in accordance with Paragraph 4.3 of Article 4 of this Agreement.
Optional Launch means the Launch Services ordered by Customer from Contractor as of EDC which may be converted by Customer into a Firm Launch in accordance with the terms herein.
Optional Launch means a Launch ordered by Customer as the result of the exercise of a Launch Option.

Examples of Optional Launch in a sentence

  • The campaign will cater to all types of target groups i.e. children, adults, and drivers.

  • The remuneration for the Replacement Launch Services and any Associated Services shall be consistent with remuneration for an Optional Launch under Article 8 of this Agreement and including any charges incurred by ARIANESPACE for modification of equipment associated with the Launch Vehicle designated for the Replacement Launch.

  • The subject of this Agreement is the performance of ONE (1) Firm Launch Services and of ONE (1) Optional Launch Services to launch the Satellite(s) supplied by GLLC at the Launch Site for the purpose of accomplishing the Launch Mission(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The Launch Period for the Optional Launch, if any, shall be established within the Launch Term defined in Sub-paragraph 6.1 of Article 6 of this Agreement.

  • Launch Vehicle Configuration(*) Optional Launch Alternative Launch Services Price (Euro) Soyuz 3-Stage Fairing Dispenser 1 Soyuz FG S / SL "IKAR-modified" [*] * As defined in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2.

  • Once a Launch Site is selected for any Firm and/or Optional Launch, a change of Launch Site is not anticipated and will only be made in unforeseen circumstances by mutual agreement of ARIANESPACE and CUSTOMER.

  • The following table provides prices in Euro for Soyuz Optional Launch Services.

  • ARIANESPACE shall inform CUSTOMER of the Launch Site selected for the Optional Launch, if any, by written notice to be received no later than TWELVE (12) months prior to the first day of the associated Launch Period as defined in accordance with Article 6 herein.

  • The anticipated Launch schedule for GLLC Firm and Optional Launches is the following: Launch Number Anticipated Launch Period Preliminary Launch Period Determined at: Launch Period Finalized at: Firm Launch Launch Period = 1 March - 31 May, 2007 T0 T1 Optional Launch 01 June - 31 August 2007 or 01 September - 30 November 2007 T0 TOL STARSEM and GLLC recognize that the above Launch Periods are indicative only and shall be determined between the Parties in accordance with Paragraph 6.2 hereunder.

  • C means for the Firm Launch and each Firm Optional Launch when activated, the initial L of the Launch concerned if no postponement has been requested by ARIANESPACE or otherwise the date obtained by adding to the first L of the Launch concerned the aggregate duration of Launch Period or Launch Slot postponement(s) requested by ARIANESPACE for such Launch pursuant to Sub-paragraph 11.3.1.1 of Article 11 of this Agreement.

Related to Optional Launch

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Commercial Launch means the first commercial sale in the Territory of the Product by Par, its Affiliate or a permitted sublicensee, as the case may be, to a Third Party.

  • Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic is traffic that under an optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.

  • Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Second Extended Maturity Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Second Draw Period is the period commencing on the date occurring on or after the Second Amendment Effective Date in which Borrower satisfies the Second Draw Conditions and ending on the earlier of (a) June 20, 2021, and (b) the occurrence of an Event of Default.

  • Drawdown Period means, in relation to an Advance, the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on the relevant Termination Date or the period ending on such earlier date (if any) on which (a) the aggregate amount of all Advances is equal to the Commitment or (b) the Commitment is reduced to zero pursuant to clauses 4.3, 10.2 or 12 or (c) Delivery of the Ship relevant to such Advance occurs;

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Development Period Security shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a) hereof.

  • Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.

  • Term Commencement Date shall be the later of (i) November 1, 2006 or (ii) the date on which Landlord’s Work is Substantially Complete (or the date on which Landlord’s Work would have been Substantially Complete absent Tenant Delay or Force Majeure (as defined below)); provided, however, that if the Term Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first lease year shall be extended through the last day of the calendar month in which the first 12-month period expires, and Rent for the additional period at the end of the first lease year shall be payable at the rate for the 12th month of the Term. “Force Majeure” means accident; breakage; repair; governmental regulation, moratorium or other governmental action. The “Term Expiration Date” shall be the day immediately preceding the seventh (7th) anniversary of the Term Commencement Date, provided that if such preceding day is not the last day of a calendar month, then the Term Expiration Date shall be the last date of the calendar month in which such preceding day occurs. Landlord and Tenant shall each execute and deliver to the other written acknowledgment of the actual Term Commencement Date and the Term Expiration Date when such are established, and shall attach it to this Lease as Exhibit B. Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder. Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.

  • Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.

  • Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Commercial Sale means for a given product and country the sale for value of that product by a Party (or, as the case may be, by an Affiliate or permitted sublicensee of a Party), to a Third Party after regulatory approval (if necessary) has been obtained for such product in such country.

  • Optional Interconnection Study means a sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

  • Second Target Distribution means $0.4375 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.4375 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is equal to the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.
