Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Appendix 5 of the Standard Large Facility Interconnection Procedures for conducting the Optional Interconnection Study. Other Interfaces shall mean interfaces into New York capacity regions, Zone J and Zone K, and external ties into the New York Control Area.
