Optional Cash Investment definition

Optional Cash Investment means any additional cash payment made by a Participant to the Company for the purchase of shares of the Company's Common Stock under the Plan. Optional Cash Investments may not (a) equal less than $50 each or (b) total more than $10,000 in any month.
