Option Window definition

Option Window means the following time periods: for a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2026; a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2031; a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2036; a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2041; a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2046; and a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2051.
Option Window has the meaning set forth in Section 45.
Option Window means the period specified in Item 10 being the period during which the Tenant may exercise the option (if any) to renew this lease.

  • Employee Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 5.

  • Initial Exercise Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Preamble.

  • Exercise Period means the period commencing on the Issuance Date and ending on 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time on the five-year anniversary thereof.

  • Base Period means (i) the test period ending December 31, 2010 (or, if the Commission has elected to stagger its biennial reviews of utilities as provided in subdivision 1, the test period ending December 31, 2010, for a Phase I Utility, or December 31, 2011, for a Phase II Utility), or (ii) the most recent test period with respect to which credits have been applied to customers' bills under the provisions of this subdivision, whichever is later.
