Option Terms definition

Option Terms means the Exercise Prices, the maximum number of Shares that the Executive may purchase pursuant to the terms of the Option, and the other terms and conditions of the Option.
Option Terms. Lessee is hereby granted the right and option to extend this Lease for the additional term or terms as provided in Section 1.03c (herein "Option Term" or "Option Terms") commencing at the expiration of the Initial Term at a mutually agreeable increase.
