Option Purchase definition

Option Purchase means the exercising of a call option by PathCare to purchase the remaining minority stake in Vermaak;
Option Purchase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a) hereof.
Option Purchase is defined in the fourth recital of this Agreement.

Option Purchase means the purchase by PEISA of the YPF shares and/or ADSs representing 0.1% of the capital stock of YPF, purchased through the exercise by PEISA, as assignee, of the First Option.
