Option Program definition

Option Program means the Stock Option Program, consisting of Part II of the Plan, as amended and restated from time to time;
Option Program means a program involving the cancellation of certain existing DuPont Awards, and the issuance upon such cancellation of comparable awards with respect to Class A Common Stock, in which certain employees will be given the option to participate in connection with the IPO.
