Option Product definition

Option Product means a Put Option or a Call Option;

Option Product shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.1 of the Albuterol and Product Option Agreement.

Option Product means (i) a product that meets the definition of “Product” in Section 1.77, except that the term “Option Compound” shall be substituted in place of “corticosteroid,” and (ii) clause (B)(2) and the third sentence of Section 1.77 shall be omitted.
