  • If changes in capitalization other than those considered above shall occur, the Board shall make such adjustment in the number or class of shares purchasable upon exercise of the Option and in the Option Price Per Share as the Board in its discretion may consider appropriate, and all such adjustments shall be conclusive upon all persons.
