Option Pool definition

Option Pool means the number of shares of Common Stock reserved for the grant of options under the Option Plan.

Option Pool has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16.

Examples of Option Pool in a sentence

• Shares of Option Stock that would have been issuable pursuant to Options, but that are no longer issuable because all or part of those Options have terminated or expired, will be deemed not to have been issued for purposes of computing the number of shares of Option Stock remaining in the Option Pool and available for issuance.

• The Company will reserve sufficient ordinary shares following issuance of the Company’s ordinary shares (the Option Pool) of which you shall be entitled to 81,284 shares pursuant to the terms of the Company’s proposed equity incentive plan.

More Definitions of Option Pool

Option Pool means the Company’s pool of options to issue up to such number of Class B Ordinary Shares, corresponding in the aggregate to approximately ten per cent (10%) of the Shares on a fully diluted basis, immediately after the Effective Date.
