Option Parcel definition

Option Parcel means all right, title and interest of any Credit Party pursuant to that certain Option Agreement dated as of March 20, 2013 by and among QuanTexas Energy LLC, the Borrower and Texas Regional Title LLC, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Option Parcel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 33 of this Lease.
Option Parcel means the area east of left field shown on Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • In the event Developer elects to proceed with the Phase II Improvements and/or the development of the Option Parcel, the City agrees to negotiate in good faith regarding the provision of economic incentives to be made with respect to such Phase II Improvements and/or development of the Option Parcel, as applicable.
