Option or Options definition

Option or Options means an option or options granted pursuant to the Plan;
Option or Options means the option or options to buy shares in the Company which are granted to AMG Members under the Terms and Conditions of the Xxxxxxx Foods Share Option Plan.
Option or Options means options granted hereunder, which shall all be subject to the provisions of Section 102 of the Ordinance.

  • An Employee or Consultant who has been granted an Option may, if he is otherwise eligible, be granted an additional Option or Options.

More Definitions of Option or Options

Option or Options has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(a).
Option or Options means an option or options to purchase shares of Common Stock awarded to an Eligible Director pursuant to the Plan. Options awarded pursuant to this Plan shall be non-statutory stock options.

Related to Option or Options

  • Rights or Options means warrants, options or other rights to purchase or acquire shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • SARS means the South African Revenue Service.

  • Option means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

  • Optioned Shares means Shares subject to an Award granted pursuant to this Plan.

  • Stock Option means a contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6 hereof to purchase shares of Common Stock at such time and price, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.

  • Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • Option Grant Date means, as to any Stock Option, the latest of:

  • Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to surrender to the Company all (or a portion) of a Stock Option in exchange for an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (i) the Fair Market Value on the date such Stock Option (or such portion thereof) is surrendered, of the Common Stock covered by such Stock Option (or such portion thereof), and (ii) the aggregate exercise price of such Stock Option (or such portion thereof).

  • Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to receive an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (x) the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock on the date such right is exercised, and (y) the aggregate exercise price of such right, otherwise than on surrender of a Stock Option.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • option-based award means an award under an equity incentive plan of options, including, for greater certainty, share options, share appreciation rights, and similar instruments that have option-like features;

  • Company Stock Option means any option to purchase Company Common Stock granted under any Company Stock Plan.

  • SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under the Plan.
